WordsWorthLearning© is an online literacy program that is custom made for teachers to use in Learning Support either as 1:1 with a student or in a small group to remediate or resolve reading and spelling problems, including dyslexia. It's also being used in mainstream schooling to accelerate the attainment of reading and spelling literacy skills. It works really well in conjunction with the “Flipped Classroom” approach and a recent pilot project was run in Greystones National School in Ireland to test the programme using this approach. The results were far beyond expectation with all the students that took part achieving significant progress in only one school term. Here's some information about the Programme:

Undetected or untreated Dyslexia or other Specific Learning Difficulties in primary and secondary school children can place an unnecessary and costly burden on the children, parents, teachers, education system and ultimately society in general. Most of these children struggle through school underachieving and never reach thier true potential. Others leave school early with little hope of success and the reality is that, for the most part, their difficulties can be resolved or remediated quickly and effectively to give these students a better opportunity in life.
